What is a private power pole and who maintains it?
A private power pole is the pole on your property that carries supply from the network to your switchboard. The property owner is responsible for its condition, including inspections, vegetation clearance and repairs. Network poles on the street are maintained by the distributor.
What causes power lines to sag and is it dangerous?
